She specializes in women’s health through Yogic disease management and brings over 15 years of experience across Hatha, Yin, Yang, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga. A four-time National Gold Medallist, she holds a Diploma from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan and is certified in Yoga Science from MDNIY. Her teaching journey began over five years ago with Yoga events at AIIMS, and she has since positively impacted the lives of more than 30,000 students.

The Virtual Care Program is designed to support women facing PCOS, PCOD, thyroid issues, hormonal imbalances, and fertility challenges.
It includes: – Therapeutic yoga sessions – Guided meditations Ayurvedic and lifestyle insights – Nutrition support (if enrolled in the Yoga + Diet plan)
You will receive 4 live yoga sessions and 1 catch-up session every week. Choose from two convenient time slots: 6–7 AM or 7–8 PM IST. If you miss a session, recorded classes are available.
